PHASE 2) DETAILANALYSE
In the detailed analysis "Procurement" we identify the relevant cost structures of all agreed cost areas. The 5 procurement levers: product, price, quantity, market and contract are presented individually and specific measures or recommendations for action are proposed for implementation. For this reason, price inquiries are also made from alternative suppliers.
PHASE 3) QUICK WINS
In the implementation phase, we conduct negotiations with all relevant suppliers together with your purchasing department. Benchmarks, open book pricing, bundling of needs, price reductions, terms of payment and contract terms are some of the guarantees of success.
PHASE 4) SLOW WINS
In phase 4, all measures and cost items that require a higher implementation effort are worked through.
